We use a special combination of stimuli applied at deliberately irregular intervals to make a human-appropriate life possible, even outside of our unique seminars. Joy of life, health, and life energy are a matter of design—many factors play a role: nutrition, movement, rest, cold stimuli, heat stimuli, fasting, interaction with others, and more.

In the jungle of possibilities, it's easy to lose track. When and what is the "right movement," the "right diet," etc.? After this day, every participant will have a clearer idea of how different stimuli can be optimally combined and which methods can develop the flexibility, creativity, and resilience of our bodies. We will sweat or freeze, laugh, play, push ourselves, and move with joy.

Informative lectures, gentle or intensive "training sessions," movement and behavior tips, heat training, breathing techniques, intermittent fasting, and more are the tools we will learn and use together.

After registering, you will receive an email with instructions to help you get into the mindset in the days leading up to the Humanimal Day, which are already considered part of the program.

Only shortly before the event will you find out whether it will be a "Cold Day" or a "Hot Day"—the reason for this is a desired surprise effect that aims to trigger specific effects related to health and life energy in your body. You will learn the details live.

Throughout the day, food will also be provided—naturally species-appropriate and prepared by our team with heart and mind.

No prerequisites are needed—however, you should be prepared for a lot of movement and some surprising challenges.
