The camp combines the innovative approaches of clinical psycho-neuro-immunology (cPNI) with the philosophy and in-depth practice of Fighting Monkey, complemented by in-depth knowledge of nutritional physiology.

You will delve into the secrets of how body and mind work together to increase your performance, improve your recovery and learn how smart nutrition can contribute to the optimization and sustainable development of your physical abilities.

These fundamentals are suitable for any sport - something like primal human potential.

Every day you can expect intensive physical sessions that will not only improve your fitness, but also your mobility and body awareness.

These exercises are perfectly coordinated with the informative nutrition workshops where you will learn how to adjust your diet to maximize your energy, performance and recovery.

In addition to the physical challenges, the camp also offers mental strength and stress management sessions to support you holistically as an athlete. You will learn how to overcome mental hurdles and develop a strong, resilient mindset that will benefit you both in sport and in life.
