Play is the most powerful tool we have - to learn, explore, heal and unfold our own potential.

At PlayCamp we play with: acrobatics, rhythm, wrestling, parkour, survival, challenges, silence, wildness, gravity, fire and cold;

With the origins of healing, primal human movement and martial arts. Sometimes alone, sometimes together. Challenging and yet familiar.

These days we are constantly outside, sleeping in tents and cooking over fire.

For many it is a feeling of "finally being wild again" - for others these experiences have already brought deep insights and a lot of healing.

Wild nature and playful adventures characterize the program.

Movement in all forms: sneaking, wrestling, TaiChi, meditation, stick fighting, balance, parkour etc.

Perception with all senses: barefoot or blindfolded - bathing in the forest, sneaking through the river, smelling the campfire

A feeling of deep connection with other people: sitting by the fire and enjoying, singing, drumming and telling stories

... and a lot of immersion in real life.
