This course includes accommodation, meals and an intensive program over 5 course days.

We delve into the basics of intermittent, species-appropriate living. In doing so, we lay a foundation for healthy behavior in everyday life. We learn to cultivate life energy ourselves and support a healthy immune system. We show you ways in which you can better understand your own body and consciously develop it further.

We will also record basic vital parameters on a daily basis and adapt the course accordingly. This will continuously optimize the intensity of the stimulus.

The course program is designed for 5 full days, please be prepared that it is not a half-day course with individual free time. This week is comparable to a restart or a reset of your body on several levels.

Diverse exercise sessions, inspiring and informative lectures, species-appropriate nutrition, cold stimuli, heat stimuli, group dynamic elements, and many a surprise will fill the days from getting up until going to bed in the evening.
