It is easy to lose track in the jungle of possibilities. When and what is "the right exercise", "the right diet", etc. After this day, each participant will have a clearer picture of how different stimuli can be optimally combined and which methods can be used to develop the flexibility, creativity and resilience of our body.

We will sweat or freeze, laugh, play, push ourselves and move with lots of joy.

Informative lectures, gentle or intensive "training sessions", exercise and behavior tips, heat training, breathing techniques, intermittent fasting, etc. are the tools that we learn about and use together.

After registering, you will receive an email with instructions that will get you in the mood for the days leading up to Humanimal Day and are already part of the program.

You will only find out shortly beforehand whether it is a "cold day" or a "hot day" - the reason for this is a desired surprise effect that is intended to trigger specific effects in relation to health and life energy in your body. You will then find out the details live.

Food is also provided throughout the day - naturally species-appropriate and prepared with heart and mind by our team.

No basic requirements necessary - but you should be prepared for a lot of exercise and the occasional surprising challenge.
