Details:

The basis of this training consists of the two "special areas":

Sohier (Analytical Biomechanics according to Sohier) and

Fighting Monkey Research

Both are extremely well-founded concepts that are deeply rooted in science and lived philosophy.

Keen observation, critical questions and many years of experience are central components of this training.

Sohier has been formally taught for decades and is very informative but also challenging for many learners due to the complex thought models. This holistic therapy and treatment concept is widespread and recognized, especially in Switzerland and southern France. In professional circles, it is often recognized as a gentle, precise and deeply effective method of treating the causes.

The Fighting Monkey teaching concept does not exist in a formal prescription-like training and this structure is a BETA version of a future planned internationally offered FM division for therapists in the name and framework of Fighting Monkey Research. (more impressions can be found at FightingMonkey.net)

This practical branch of research is dedicated to the key question: how can life energy be understood and cultivated - this does not mean an esoteric concept but the central question of biology.

Based on this, a fascinatingly profound understanding of connections has developed over the last 30 years: Between traditional methods such as TaiChi or yoga, cross-cultural movement analysis, current questions in neuroscience and archaic movement patterns, the Fighting Monkey concept navigates through movement, perception, experiments, communication techniques and coordination patterns.

The experiential human reality is the central core of science.

That’s what FM stands for.

This is a course for curious and self-determined therapists!

This course will combine various therapeutic elements and techniques to achieve a deeper understanding.

Develop our practical skills and capacity to support people at all levels of therapy.

We are not dedicated to a “parts-centered” but rather an “organization-centered” model of thinking.

The focus is on understanding the formative forces and coordinating all roles of being a therapist.

The overarching goal is always to develop a model of thinking and skills that support the whole person in their development and take into account biology, origin, science and lifestyle.

We try to understand ourselves and other people not as machines made of flesh and bones but as complex living beings, how everything interacts with each other.

This includes hands-on therapy, techniques and exercise design but also in-depth theory, scientific basis and unconventional tools that are part of a "holistic way of thinking".

For this, I am looking for a small group of motivated colleagues who want to delve deeply into the subject matter with me and design the learning path individually. The group size - max. 8-10 participants.

My experience is that a small, motivated group significantly advances everyone's learning progress.

That's why I chose this format.

I look forward to your message!
